Remove Microsoft Access from task bar?

On the shinny blue bar at the top of the screen that has the min / max and
close buttons. How do I change it's title from :

Microsoft Access - [Main Menu]

to something else like

LifeCycle - [Main Menu]

or

Main Menu

??

Open the database in Access, select Tools | Startup and type in the
Application Title you want. You can also select an Icon from here and select
a startup object that starts automatically when the database is opened
(Which can be bypassed by holding down the shift key when opening the
database).
