Format an Access 2000 Autonumber

I have an autonumber I need to format is a specific way. Here is an
overview:

The finished number should look like this: 0122000001
Its parts need to be: 01 / 22 / 000001
* 01 - Static
* 22 - State ID (One number for each state 1-50, For example Alabama
= 01 Wyoming = 50)
* 000001 - This is a 6 digit incremental section

My question is, how do I go about doing this in Access 2000? The help
section isn't much help and I've found other topics in the groups on
autonumber, but nothing quite like this. Please let me know.

Thanks in advance.
