print query name

I could have sworn that Access 95/97 printed the query name as the
header when you print out queries. It doesn't do that with version
2003. Is there some option I'm missing? Any help would be
appreciated.

Did you make sure the Top margin is big enough to show the name?
In Preview click
SetUp + Margins

Set the Top margin to at least 1".

Better yet, since queries don't retain the changed page setup
settings, create a report, using the query as it's record source.
Print the report,
