My Form is not shown in Print Preview

I've created a Form in Disgn View with all the fields and the captions. I
can see the form when I click on Form View, but it disappears when I click
on Print Preview and I get a blank page when I print. Any reason why?
Thanks in advance for help.

Couple of possibilities

1. There's no records to display.
No problem in form view, it displays a blank record for you to enter a
new one. When printing, there's no record to print so it displays nothing.

2. All your controls have the "Print When" property set to "screen only"

Check the Display When property of each control, make sure it is set to
Always.
