Compare two (same parent) .MDE file

I need solution to prove and determine that Access MDE application file (in
use) is IDENTICAL with archetype MDE file, which is tested and certified
with some very restricted functionality and formal procedure that is in
accordance with fiscal law?

I ask that because of known MS Access ?bloat? characteristics.
Actually, even after execution of compact/repair MDE file, there is a
difference in output hash string value (MD5, SHA-1, CRC32..etc.) between
original (tested/certified) archetype MDE file and MDE file in use.

Please tell me the way, how I can proof that MDE in use is identical to
archetype MDE?
By the way MDE file is front-end database application with all linked table
to the back-end database.
Thanx.

FMS makes "Total Access Detective" , an add-in that compares objects in
multiple databases. I'm not aware of any built-in method (other than
eyeballing the system objects tables) that would highlight the differences
for you.
