I want to sale my Access 2002 program and charge per number of computers
using it on the network. This is front/back end database.

User sessions are listed in the LDB file. You can find information
online about how to query it.

sagekey.com has a program for about 400.00 I plan on purchasing it next
weekend.

They give you .ASP webpages to go with it to setup your own website for
the user to go activate their product based on the number of licenses
you authorize.

Check it out, seems pretty good. There is also peterssoftware.com but
they aren't setup as well as sagekey.com

Let me know what you do. Thanks

I can't really imagine how a Sagekey-install can help with the question of the OP.
I think the OP must go the route Tom indicated, or implement something like a 'Users'-table and log and count the users here.
But I think reading the ldb-file is the best option.

Sorry, I guess I read it long. He wants personnel to pay to use it
from his own network. I thought he wanted to limit the number of
licenses he had out there. The product I mentioned would have been
perfect for that.

OK,

Cool, I'll look at that module too. You might save me some money.
