Query in Text Box

Hi...I would like to do the following...and add a component to it:

You can use the domain aggregate functions provided with Access. For
example, if you have a
table, "People", with a field, [Age], you can find the average and put
it in a text box by setting the control source of the text box to:
=DAvg("[Age]","People").

I took the above from a previous text and I would like to add a
specific request to the query. For example...how do I do the above and
ask for just people who are 23 years old in one text box...and how many
people are 28 in another text box....etc.

The third argument for a domain function is a where clause (without the word
"where"). In your case DAvg() is useless if you filter on people all having the
same age so you would use DCount().

DCount("*", "People", "Age = 23")
