One method to have a combo box update another combo box or a subform is to
have the query for the Row Source or the Record Source for the subform refer
to the combo box as criteria. In the AfterUpdate event of the combo box,
requery the other combo box or the subform. In this case, the query for the
subform would have two criteria, one referring to each combo box.
Another option with the subform is to set the Master Link to the combo box
instead of to a field on the main form. Set the Child Link to the associated
field on the subform.

I am 1. trying to have a combobox used as a selector to display records
in a subform. and not sure on how to get selected info into subform.the
combo is populated but can not get subform updated when selection is
made.....
2. I also want to use one combo box to select a second set of
criteria in a second combo box that is then used to refine displayrd
records in a a subform.... am afraid im lost on this..???
I have a main table that i have created the two tables that are used in
the combo box selection criteria...
