How to use API code referring to Lib "user32"

Drear reader,

I can't find the library Lib "user32" in my VBA available references.

What can be wrong or which library has to be selected to run API code
properly.

Thanks for any help.

Kind regards,

You can't set a reference to user32.dll. Rather, you must use a Declare
statement for whatever API call you're trying to make.
