Access query

Does anyone know how to sort the days of the week in order, Monday Tuesday
etc. As entered as text they would normally be sorted alphabetically i.e.
Friday, Monday, Saturday, Sunday

Have you tried adding another field and allocating a number to it depending
on the entry for the day and then sorting that field numerically. If you are
selecting the days from a combo box you could add another column for the
numbers.

Make a new column in the query and enter a new field along the lines of DOW:
weekday([datefield]) where [datefield] has the date value. Review help on
weekday for further options
