Using photo name field to link photo to form

I know this topic has been discussed a lot but after going through the
old posts, I'm still having trouble with the code. I have a photo name
field which refers to the location of the photo on the computer. I
guess the major part of my problem is that Im not sure how to call the
function in the event procedures. In a form I am running this code.

Function setImagePath()
Dim strimagepath As String
On Error Resume Next
strimagepath = Me.Imagename
Me.ImageFrame.Picture = strimagepath
End Function
Private Sub Form_Current()
setImagePath
End Sub

Private Sub Form_afterupdate()
setImagePath
End Sub

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
