adding to toolbar

When one adds an button to the toolbar in Access,
eg. Format Align Left to the Form/Report Design toolbar
where does get stored? In a file, and if so, what file? or is it stored in
the Registry?
Thanks in anticipation.

As best I can tell it is stored in the Registry, but it is Binary and not
configurable from there.
