Combobox Event Procedure Help

I have a form named [Contacts] with a subform named
[Counselors Query] based on a query with two controls called
[Counselor] (text) and [Available] (Yes/No Checkbox). When the checkbox
value is yes another query filters for Available Counselors with yes
values. This query is then used for a combobox named CounselorBox on
the main form to assign an available counselor to a contact record.
What I would like to have is an after update Event Procedure that
would use the value (the name of the counselor) from the combobox to
reference and change the value of the yes/no checkbox in the subform
for that counselors record to no. There by making that counselor
unavailable to the yes/no query for the combobox until manually checked
off again.
I hope I have explained my situation well enough and someone can help.

Thank in advance,

Mark

I got that working fine thanks. Something else - how can I make some fields
invisible on the report as the visible property is not available?
