Combo boxes using the result of one in the next

Hi,

I want the user to select a particular class in a school. First they would
choose the subject, then the class. The subjects comes from the Subjects
table
so the first combo now has the Subject as the returned value. e.g. En , Ma

I have a table containing all the students with a field for each subject.
Hence En is a field and each student is assigned to a class. It is easy to
produce a combo box to help the user select the class.

Select distinct [En] from Students

How do I replace that [En] with the outcome of the first combo box?
Thanks in advance.
