Report as a Renewal letter to individual email address'

I have a database built on Access 2000. It contains various members of a
club and I need to find a way to send a reminder for their renewal each year
with each individuals details to that individuals email should they have
supplied one. We have approx 600 members so doing each one individually
would be too time consuming.
I already have reports which we can print and mail out. These are set up via
a query which enables us to choose a date range, based on the Expiry date,
for the report.
Help please???
