Variable in a sub report

Hi
I have a report (MainReport) withe textbox name txtValue1 and a Sub Report
with name BalanceReport and textBox name txtValue2
How can add a value on the sub report to a value on the main report.
With a form I would use Forms!MainForm!txtValue1

Why don't you just have the main report and the subreport get the value from
the form?

Otherwise, you can try putting the following in the Control Source property
for txtValue1:

=[Reports]![MainReport]![BalanceReport].Report!txtValue2
