How do I creat a Subform to enter parts into a service record form?

I have no clue where to start.
Do I have another table of parts?

You need tables similar to these:
TblParts
PartID
PartDesc
Cost
etc

TblServiceRecord
ServiceRecordID
Customer
CustomerAddress
DateOfService
ServicePerformedBy
etc

TblServiceDetails
ServiceDetailsID
ServiceRecordID
PartID
QtyOfPart
Cost
Discount

Build a main form based on TblServiceRecord and a subform based on
TblServiceDetails.
