Need help with LABEL Creation ASAP!! (Thanks in advance)

I am currently trying to label rings (jewelry). They make specialized
tags (shaped like a butterfly, barbell, dumbell, etc) for this purpose,
the label goes through the ring, and then the ends stick together.
What I want to do is type information on these tags rather than write
on them, the only problem that I am having is that there is NO template
tht I can find anywhere for these labels. Now I have purchased the
labels and I have them here so if I needed to scan them I could. What
I need to do is be able to create a template so that I can type into
word, excel, photoshop (or other prog if you think its easier) the
information and it would print on the correct parts of the sticker
labels I have here.. PLEASE I have a show this weekend that I need
this for and would love to figure this out asap!Please email me at

Measure the total width and height of the label (even though it is odd
size/uneven). Set up a custom label of this size. Keep your fields that
you will print on the label inside of the area(s) where you actually have a
label.

You could test it a few times adding a blank box in the printable areas to
make sure you know where to place your data fields.

This approach could work either as a Word mail merge if you like to work in
Word, or in the Access report writer.

I have no clue how to get the info into the labels...I see the label
maker wizard in access and I see how to enter the measurements into
it...however I cannot seem to find out how to get the data into the
labels...what/where do I have to type the information..thanks SO much
for the prompt response.

BTW the labels are going to be as such
20 each of KMP1, KMP2, KMP3, KMP4, etc all the way to KMP24
