I have no experience with this, but I'll take a stab ... I'm guessing that
it would be easier to export a report than to export a form for the purpose
you described. You could try creating a report which is similar (or
identical to the form). Print the report to a PDF driver, and email the PDF
as an attachment.
It's possible to set all of this up as VBA code.
