Other than by getting out your backup disks/tapes and determining when
the table vanished, no. Access does not keep track for you.

Restore your backup copy and if any data is missing, re-enter it all.

Have fun

A few things would come to mind for me:

Convert your forms and code into an MDE. Then do one of these:

1: Install SQL server and have your tables reside there. You can set
securtity at that point. This should lock it down pretty good.

2: Remove all the tables from your MDB and put them in another. Link
the two together and then hide one on a network share somewhere where
nobody would think to look. Also make it invisible. People can get to
and modify the tables if they know where to look.

3: Put all the tables in another MDB and hide it on the network
somewhere. Link the tables to your system via an ODBC link. Users can
still modify the original if they know where to look, but most would
not think to look in the ODBC manager to find out where the original
actually is.

4: Keep good backups. Not good security, just peace of mind. You are
making good backups right now, aren't you?

There are others, but each of these should be able to be done with a
minimum of effort or investment.

Good luck!

Alex.
