access ----> outlook

Dear people,

I am a newbie with Acces.

Just now I have created a database with all my customers. I would like to
send them e-mails about offerings and sales etc. I have no idea how to send
e-mail in combination with Acces. I can make a query, with the people I
would like to inform. What do I have to do now!!

Can't just import in Outlook or export to Outlook.

Please give me a hand.

On my computer I use Windows XP and Acces 2003.

Thanks for your time.

Kind regards.

Lookup "outlook automation" on the microsoft site for discussions and
samples.
And when you've done that, check out Outlook Redemption
(http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/home.htm) to get rid of the annoying
security messages.

Did they know that when they entrusted you with their email addresses?

The above is one of those posts where I wish I had the "Damn!" key that a
co-worker thought all PC's should have - something that calls back that message
that was just sent without enought thought in it....

What I was really trying to get at is the possibility that you could do more
harm than good sending unsolicited email to people who may not feel they signed
up for that... Not part of the OP, but maybe worthy of consideration.
