Problems with Command Button Wizard

Every time I try to use the command button wizard (choosing any
function) I get the following error message:

Method "Module' of object'_Form_Opening Page' failed

just as I push the "finish" step. My IT department has re-installed
Access and it's still a problem. Anyone with any ideas? The wizard is
great for me because my programming skills leave much to be desired.
BUT! if anyone has the code that I can create an event procedure I sure
I can figure out where to plug it in for it to work. I am trying to
create three buttons:
open a form
open a report
run a macro

Thanks!
