Overcoming the locked unclosable form in A2K2

Hi Folks,

I'm using Access 2002, and I have run into this problem numerous times, but
have decided I'm tired of using the task manager to overcome this.

When testing and debugging, I have a dialog form pop up, that contains a
"cancel" and "continue" button. if I run into an error, and jump into the
VB window, decide I want to stop the code from running and press the "stop"
button, I can't seem to use the dialog form, or close the DB window down or
do anything (form, window etc. doesn't seem to get the focus) without
shutting the whole thing down with task manager. I have in the past, in the
odd case, been able to hit the Alt key and that will pop up a message box
that was previously hidden, but that doesn't always work.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Rick

Have you tried ctl-Tab to move to other windows inside Access?

Yup, Nothing. Like I said, nothing seems to get the focus, not the access
window not the form window, nothing.

Nope, nothing. Even if I right click the program button on the task bar,
the "close group" is disabled.
