How to run a query using VBA and use the result in a condition statement

P: n/a
I want to run a query to see if an item is on a list.
If the item is on the list (lets say: if CountOfNameID <>0)
then I will execute a QueryA. else, I will execute a QueryB. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
