HTML Documents

I was looking in the Samples folder for MS Office10 and saw the following
files:
Analyze sales.htm
Employees.htm
Review Orders.htm
Review Products.htm
Sales.htm

Where are these files used and what is used to create files like these?

Thanks,

Steve

Why don't you try opening them? Double-click on one & it should open in
your internet browser.

My guess is that they are objects (perhaps reports) that have been
exported as HTML files.

How to export a data object as an HTML file:

1. Display database window
2. Click on the object you want to export (try a report)
3. On the main menu select File > Export
a) In the Export (object name) dialog box select "HTML Documents
(*.html; *.htm) in the Save as type ComboBox (at the bottom of the
dialog box).
4. Click the OK button

In Access 2002, if the report is more than 2 pages there is an HTML page
for each report page.
