Datasheet View

P: n/a
Is it possible, In a datasheet view subform, to change the backgound
color based on the value in a particular field? For example if the
field is Yes/No, have the background color red for No and Green for
Yes?
Any help is greatly appreciated

In FORM Datasheet View?
If you're using Access 2000 or newer...
For a regular Text control, Yes.
For a Check Box control, No.

For a regular text control:

In Form Design View, select the Control.
Click on Format + Conditional Formatting.
Set the Condition1 'Field Value Is' to whatever value is required.
Select your colors.
Save the changes.

A Check box control does not have the capability of changing it's
color formatting.
