Saving a set of reports in Word automatically

Hi,

I'm not sure whether I'm being silly and its really obvious, or
whether I'm being over-ambitious.

At the end of each month I run a report. A pop up dialog box prompts
for the dates and station ground I want to run the report for. I then
publish the report to Word and then save it in a shared folder.

I do this for each station ground (10 station grounds) and one for all
stations.

Is there a way I can write a module that will do this automatically?
i.e. run the report for the previous month, 11 times for different
station grounds, publishing each report and saving it in Word format
with appropriate names.

store the canned openargs in a table, open as a recordset and pass them
to the reports, outputting to Word? You could throw into the table the
name to save the file as too...
