Access/Jet Statistics

Could you please help me with some reasearch? I have a client that is
using MS Access 2000 and hitting it through the Jet Engine version 4.0
with SP8. Does anyone know of a utility we can use to collect/track
information on Access/Jet activity. I'd settle for just about any
information about what's going on inside Access. :)

Thanks,

Terry

It is not very clear what you are looking for, but search Google/MS site
for the SHOWPLAN registry setting. That will give you some of what's going
on inside Access, for sure.

Hey!. Nice tip and quite helpful!

We would like to see the query plan that Access is using and SHOWPLAN
does provide good information in this regard.

I found a site that explains how this works:

Thanks a bunch.
