can't append or edit data in form & query

I had create a query with one table and one query, and then create
form with that query using wizard, but I can't append or edit data in
that form & query. Please help!

Thank you Tom, I sort out the problem is on the source query, inside
this query I had made a filter to show the incomplete job order (I
need to re-use the job no.), so I believe the problem is on it - one
record of source table may link to many times of same job no. in
source query. I hope you may understand what I am talking. Please
teach me how to solve this problem.
