How can you transfer data from a software package written for a company
into Access?

You might want to provide a little more information.

Does the software package run in Windows? - Have you tried Ctrl-C and
pasting it into excel and then into access?
Are there any export/save as options in the software package?

It runs in windows yes, there's no export functions so I'm a bit stuck.

Did you try ctrl-c ie copy and paste?

I'm going to assume you have. Have you got adobe acrobat or some way of
printing to a pdf file?

If you do you could print the data and then copy as a table in adobe
acrobat and paste into excel.
