Hello there
I wonder if you can help me.
I am creating a loans system for a make-believe CD rental company, in Microsoft
Access.
I have 3 tables: CD details, Member Details, and Loan Details.
I have created forms for each, so the user of the system can view member
details, enter new members, view loan details, enter new loans, etc.
A main menu [form] has also been created so the user can easily access the
three forms from this page.
However, within the CD table, there is a column called "CDPricePerNight".
Within this column, is a specific cost for each Cd, per night.
In the Loans table, there are columns for "LoanDate" and "ReturnDate", and a
final column for "TotalCDPrice".
In this Total CD Price column, I need a formula or some way of it automatically
calculating the number of nights between Loan Date and Return Date, and then
multiply this value by the cost for that particular CD.
Please help me if you can. I have included some screen prints of various
aspects of my system as it stands. And please also tell me where to put the
code or whatever it is I need to do!
