Issue tracker MDB

Hello, I thought there was an issue tracker that came with ms access
but i was wrong. does anyone know where i can get one. Or should i just
make one.?

Have you seen the ASP.NET starter kits, one is an issue tracker though
not yet in a VB version I think. This can use an Access backend.

Or are you looking for an all-Access system?
Searching Google for issue tracker prouces lots of articles and
products.
