Have you even tried the Import wizard? Make a backup of your Excel file,
then try it out. It will walk you through importing from Excel and ask you
how the information is arranged. Follow the prompts and you should be
successful, even if it takes 2-3 tries.

excel is in a vertical format.
What I mean is Collum "A" has the following
* Company
* Contact
* Position
* Address
This info is repeated for 1425 rows.
Collum "B" has the actual information.
If this makes sense to anyone, can you help?
