Hyperlinks in Access 2003

I got a asp script that basically handles login verifications that uses
a db in access. Now there is a part of the asp script that gives a
chance to give text messages to users from the admin. What i wanted was
to use those text messages for my users to download new files for that
day. Seeing that the text messages are all stored in access db, I was
wondering is there a way i can make access put in a default hyperlink
for every new text message so anytime a admin types in a text message
saying "blah.doc", the default link would be "http://myserv.blah.doc"
and instead of a reg text message it would show up as a hyperlink so my
users can download that file. Is this possible i am trying to do it on
my own but still a novice when it comes to access.
