Sending Individual Reports based off Data Returned

TJ
I have a database that recieves information throughout the night
through a feed. I need to be able to automate the sending of individual
reports to folks based on a time schedule.

My thought is that I would use a task scheduler to open and close a
database and use a Autoexe macro to then send the reports.

My problem is that each record needs to be sent individually to
different people. So what I need to do is find all the records that
have not been sent. Then send each record one at a time to different
people.

Does anyone have a easy way to do the above.

I thought about creating a recordset in a module and running it, but
have not been able to get that to work.
Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Wish I could help you. I am looking for something similar, but more on
a monthly basis. I am looking for some way to do an Email merge, where
I would give about 80 different people the results of x / 40 queries to
choose from where x = 1 - 40. Is there any way to generate different
excel reports for different people and manage this easily?
