When you link to the oracle table the first time, there is a check box
for Save Password which by default is set to No,
The easiest way to fix this is to delete the link, and relink but this
time click the Save Password box.
You can maintain these values by clicking the Oracle table view design
then go to view properties. The description field will hold the ODBC
information which can optionally include the password. The UID
parameter is the password. UID=password;

I am using Access97.
I created a link to an Oracle database. Whenever my code tries to use
the data in the Oracle table, it will ask for my Oracle password.
What can I do with VB code or to the MDB so that when the code runs
it does not prompt me for a password.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
