moving checked data to archive table.

P: n/a
hi..

can someone suggest the best way to move data from one table to another.
i'm trying to do this mainly due to my own limitations with regard to
access.
i have a form which has various cells on a continious form.
at the end of each section there is a checkbox
is it possible to create an event that if that check box is clicked then it
moved that information from one table to another. the ovther table would be
an archive table
