Tivo Networking Device?

Wouldn't it be nice to have an inexpensive device for each TV in your home
that can network with your existing Tivo(s) and transfer and playback
recordings WITHOUT your paying a monthly subscription or being nagged for
one? The networking device would not need to provide other Tivo
functionality. I'm a little surprised that some company has not already
jumped on that bandwagon.

By the way, we received a Tivo for Christmas and just ordered another,
mainly for the purpose of sharing the recorded programs at another tv. I
plan to move the 2nd Tivo and wireless network interface to other tvs only
on rare occasions but it would be nice if the other tvs already had a
networking device.

My comment is that this has nothing to do with Access, the database product
that's part of Microsoft Office Professional and the sole purpose of this
newsgroup.
