Win XP SP2 and Access XP run time

Hi Guys

As any one ever seen this problem, recently.

We have a access app that has been developed and we are using the run time
package verison that has been created, so we can install from a CD to any
pc.

Recently we have discovered that it will not install on some PC's that have
XP service pack 2 loaded.

It alsp seems that if it is a PC that was loaded with a CD with XP and SP1
and then upgraded to SP2 then it will install the run time, with no problem,
however if it is a PC that has been installed with a XP disk with SP2
included then our run time will not install and the error message is that it
requires NT SP4 or higher to be loaded for it to work?

Any one seen this?

1) In the future please post the exact error message.

2) The problem may be similar to the following.
