Importing CSV file to Access Table From Within Excel

I am trying to re-write and automate an existing procedure, using Excel
as the controlling application.

I can find code to handle the importing of data from a CSV file into an
Access table, but I cannot seem to control this from with Excel.

Sub TestCSVImport()
Dim ErrorMsg As String

Dim MyRst As Recordset
Set MyRst = CurrentDB.OpenRecordset("SomeAccessTable")
ImportCsvFile "PathToCSVFile", MyRst, ErrorMsg, False
MyRst.Close
Set MyRst = Nothing
End Sub

The above works (obviously with function ImportCSVFile) from within
Access but uses the CurrentDB references which will not be available
from within Excel.

How or what do I substitute for CurrentDB from within Excel, presumabaly
a reference to the DB but what is this?

HELP
