Hi There,

I am trying to Install Windows XP on Windows 2003 but when insert the
bootable win xp cd that (Installation) option is disable.

please give me some tips to resolve this issue.

You're in the wrong group but Windows 2003 is newer than Windows XP (AKA
Windows 2002) so will not upgrade it. You will need to boot from the CD.

If the problem you have is after booting from a CD then it's likely that
the version you have is designed to go onto a new system, not a system
that already has an OS installed. If that's the case then you need to
format c: :-(
