MSWord 2002 Merge Help, Need to page break on Jobtitle

Hi I have a word template that has a few fields in a rows down the page
i.e below, pretty simple. Is there a way I can page break on the
Department field after each department. There are about 20 different
department, I want a page break after each. Thanks in advance.
