reigstration form for web page

Good day to you and all...
Im a novice web designer. basically i know a little dreamweaver and
thats all.
now ive been assigned to resurrect a web page...so basically the
previous web designer has made an access database which was at some
point connected to the registration.html page which is a typical
registration form e.g

FIRST NAME .....
LAST NAME .....
ADRESS .....
CITY .....
POST CODE .....
COUNTRY .....
TELEPHONE .....
EMAIL .....

and finally a submit button ->SUBMIT button

both the html page and access database are already made
my job is to make a registration button in the navigation on the
index.html page so that people can go the registration.html page where
they will enter their details, but what i dont understand is how to
link/connect the SUBMIT button on the registration.html page to the
ACCESS DATABASE on the server?

thank you for your time friends...

Hi
Wrong group probably, you need a web group. Not sure what Dreamweaver
offers here.
Web links to Access on the server are usually made using ASP, see
http://www.w3schools.com/asp/default.asp
though PHP is also a good route.

You communicatewith the access using SQL. See for example the
Registration Example With Verification
