How to add minutes to Date?

I have a date in this format: "8/27/2004 10:00:00 PM", and I have a Long
Integer that represents minutes, such as 15 or 10080. Is it possible to add
the minutes to the date and get a date value? How would I convert the
values before adding?

Thanks in advance.

You could go out for ice cream after the movie. That would add minutes to
your date. ;-)
