Package Wizard Problem

Hi

When I try to run package wizard under Microsoft Office Access 2003
Developer Extensions, I get a *blank* 'Custom Startup' dialog with Next/Prev
button. Nothing happens when I press next. I have downloaded and installed
the access dev extension from msdn. What is the problem and how can I fix
it?

Thanks

Regards
