Replication Manager 3.5 is not synchroning

I am from Brasil.
I lost my desing master in US, Is there a way to recovery that?

So now I am having problems with synchronization with 3 workstation with my MDL in Brasil.
It seems to me the MDL could not find the replicas in a network.

Help me please
