Still get the same issue

Adjusting the Calendar Location property does fix the issue, but only for
the current instance of the calling form. When I close and reopen this the
calendar returns to the 'off screen' position

Andrew there is no need to start a new thread.

The Custom props are stored in the MDB as DAO props. Do you have the REF
for DAO set and placed higher on the Ref list dialog than ADO(if you are
using ADO).
1) What version of Access?
2) Are you using a standard Access form?
