Append records to a selected Table with code

I have a temp table that is created when data is imported from a text
file. The data is of a certain student population. I also have 10
different Access tables that are named according to the 10 types of
student groups that could be in the temp table.

I know that I could create 10 different append queries that would
append the temp table data to the particular named Access table. I
could tie that query to a command button on a form and the end-user
would click the button for the particular group. However, I was
wondering if there were a way to do it through code so that the user
was presented with a list of the 10 table names on a form and then
based on the table name they select from the list, the temp table data
would be appended to that particular table?
Any assistance, as usual, is appreciated.

Ellen
