Converting messy Word doc to Access 2000

I have a Word 2000 document where each line is separated by a CR:

It goes like this:

2.0 MAIN HEADING

2.1 Sub-Heading

Description of sub-heading

I'd like to get these 3 lines into 3 separate Excel columns so I can
import cleanly into Access. Any advice???

Thanks.
