Programmatically Import Toolbars

Ok I've searched for yet another hour today trying to find a method of
programmatically importing toolbars. I understand how to manually
import a toolbar from an older database. But since I'm constantly
upgrading the local mde front end, my users constantly loose their
custom built toolbars. Does anyone know how to programmatically
import toolbars? Any help would great.

I think I did that once by importing some Msys file...MsysCmdbars. With
the database window selected, click Tools/Options and set to view hidden
objects, go to tables, and open up the file to view the contents. You'd
want to delete those that already exist prior to appending.
